1) Do you believe it is important to be passionate about your job? Think about adults you know well, and how they feel about their jobs. 2) What are you going to do with the rest of your life (career wise) and how are you going to get there? (Yes, it is certainly ok if you don't have concrete plans, but at least write about a possible path you could take).
Yes, I do believe that it is important to be passionate about your job because it makes you happy. It makes the people around you happy; they see that you are willing to go there everyday handle a new task and complete it, successfully. Of course, you have to believe in yourself and no other. You have to believe it everyday that you can achieve what you love to do-what your talent is. In the article "Why dream jobs don't come true" written by Martha Worboy, CanWest News Service, Alan Kearns said that "A lot of people settle because of fear -- fear of change," he said. "Or they'll say my job is what I do, but I'll find passion in other areas of my life, in family or in a hobby. And this can lead to disfunction." I think he just summed up the whole idea about how how people want their dream job, but still haven't achieved it.
Where am I going? I will be going to school in January for Interior design, in Manhatten for a four year degree. Possibly come back to Penticton for visits, but mainly my visits will be in Europe. After my 4 year degree, I will be heading to Vienna to persue my dream job. Other than that I have not yet decided what to do after Vienna. But this process will probably take 5-7 years.

If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go?
If I could visit anywhere in the world, I would visit the snowy mountains of Peru, high up in the 22, 000 feet high Andes Mountains. Full of glaciers, frost, and snow dressed in vanilla snow cone clouds. Trekking down the mountains of ice of sacred healing powers. Carrying down the tremendously full packed bag pack, down the mountain paths. Wondering if you'll make it down, you think about the family, friends, and the loved ones if they would miss you if you died. Silently watching the glacier disappear as you make your way down to civilization. As you make your way down the temperature rises, making it bearable to breath and think normally. Making this a memorable moment, stories that can be told to your grandchildren.

The Poem and My Sister's Keeper
Not Waving But Drowning
Nobody heard him, the dead man,
But still he lay moaning:
I was much further out than you thought
And not waving but drowning.
Poor chap, he always loved larking
And now he’s dead
It must have been too cold for him his heart gave way,
They said.
Oh no no no, it was too cold always
(Still the dead one lay moaning)
I was much too far out all my life
And not waving but drowning.
This poem "Not waving but drowning" connects to the poem how the man is calling for help but its too late for anyone to hear his call. "And now he's dead" and nobody can help him anymore. All he wanted was somebody to talk to, someone to be there for him when he needed anyone. But before he could reach out to whoever; he was "Not waving but drowning" it was too late for somebody to help him. With this statement, it describes how Anna from the novel "My sister's Keeper" doesn't realize what her mom is doing to her body until now. The decision that she has made now, is going to change the families lives forever. From when she could remember, her parents have taken several trip to the hospital to save Kate's' life. Never have her parents asked Anna if she wanted to undergo the countless surgeries, transfusions, and shots so that her older sister, Kate, can somehow fight the leukemia that has been with her since childhood. Kate has always been the first in the family, Anna always the last. Anna wants to be heard and loved for who she is, not what kind of blood type she is. She finally takes action and takes the matter to a lawyer. With that matter, she can finally say what she has always wanted to; even though this may cause fatal consequences for the sister she loves.

The Review
Superbad starring Jonah Hill and Michael Cera, known as the losers trying to achieve a night of hunting booze and mischievous. That as they so often do, goes totally wrong and leaves them lying on the side of the road somewhere. The movie demonstrates a night, of what every teenagers goes through. Always trying to fit in with the "cool" crowd and being that guy who gets every girl. Both Hill and Cera are supremely talented comedic performers. Its an R-rated movie which you can expect a lot of vile, using frequent words such as "cock" and "balls" for actual jokes.
This movie is perfect for a night, when you just wanna relax and not think about anything too hard.

Top 3
Top 3 places to travel.
Vienna, Austria is a city anyone should consider to travel. Having traveled this astonishing city myself, i must say this is the my favorite city of all time. Art and culture are a major part in Vienna, being one of the #1 music city in the world including theater, opera, classical music, and fine arts. Vienna is known for their redoute balls, hosting over 200 significant balls per year one major ball is the "Wiener Opera Ball" where only the top names go. Buying a seat in the house would cost at least 1, 000Euros. Viennese cafes are extremely long and distinguished history that dates back centuries. Viennese people are addicted to coffee, almost known as a local legend. Cafe Central was opened 1860 became a key meeting place, the interior is still the exact same as when it was built. Vienna is a place to see, meet people, and explore their culture.
Bangkok, Thailand being the largest urban area and primary city of Thailand, this city has a lot to offer. With approximately 15million people living in Thailand right now, this has shifted the country from being a rather alike Thai population to increasingly a more vibrant mix of Western, Indian and Chinese people. Bangkok is a shopping heaven, tourist pearl and if you decide to visit this memorable city plan on staying at the Grand President Bangkok located in the heart of downtown. Offering the busy executive and leisure traveler easy access to all of Bangkok. The most eventful activity to do in Bangkok, would be to take a quiet river cruise on the Chao Phraya River, passing great scenery's and the wonderful untouched wilderness.
Munich, Germany is the capital city of Bavaria, located by Isar River and north of the Alps. It has a continental climate, modified of the Bavarian Alps. Munich has been one of my favorites places to visit, one reason is because of the Oktoberfest. The Oktoberfest is the largest fair in the world lasting for 17 days with about 10 million people visiting each year. Offering 13 tents, seating 12,000 people in each tent. Also provides a varitey of rides for children and adults. Munich is defaintly a place to visit in September to visit the Oktoberfest.

Superpowers
Superpowers
If you could have any superpower in the world, what would it be, and why? Justify why you have chosen your particular gift, and rejected all others. OR You may choose to match any two superheroes together (Superman vs. Spiderman) and justify who would win in a battle. Remember to give EVIDENCE to support your opinion.
The one superpower i would want, would be to morph. Morph is described as to change into any person you wanted to, any person that you have touched or you have seen before. You can automatically change into that in a matter of seconds. With this ability you can be anyone you want to be. But of course when you changed into that person you still have your own personality. Meaning you have to study that person's personality, what he/she likes, what kind of food, what hobbies, etc. This superpower is indestructable because once you go to a store but they only sell to you one time, you can always morph and buy again. This superpower is unstoppable even immortal. I chose this because sometimes i like to be somebody else, just seeing what other people's reactions are to that one person. Seeing the World in a different point of view.
